AFTER OFFICE HOURS-
Our telephones are answered by the Medical Answering Service. The Nephrologist on call will be paged for Medical problems after hours and over the weekend. In case of telephone failure the direct Medical Answering Service number is 559-221-4545.
The Nephrologist on-call will take all calls  after hours and during the weekend. If you have an emergency go directly to the emergency room. We are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergencies.

INFORMATION-
Our staff is available to service all medical calls during office hours.
If you feel you are ill or wish to report a medical problem to your doctor, please call early in the day. This will provide a better opportunity to communicate  with your Primary Nephrologist.
Prescription refills Mon.-Thurs. we attempt a 24 hour turnaround. Request all refills direct from your pharmacy for the quickest results. Fri. & weekend refills will be processed only for emergencies.
Return visit labs should be done 1 week prior to your next appointment.
Your Insurance Card is required at each office visit. We accept most insurances.
Co-pays are due at time of each office visit.
If your insurance requires prior authorization, allow for delays in appointments and refills.
If you begin dialysis treatment you may be eligible for Medicare. Our Billing Supervisor is available to explain eligibility issues. This information is also available at the Social   Security Office and the Dialysis Unit where your treatment is provided.
